Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kubepass (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Kubepass is an interactive Kubernetes exam preparation platform. We provide isolated, ephemeral Kubernetes clusters for users to practice CKAD, CKA, and CKS exam scenarios in a timed environment.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Purchases and Payments

Kubepass offers one-time purchase packages that grant time-limited access to exam question sets. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and are subject to change without notice.

Access begins when you activate a purchased package. The access period runs continuously from activation, regardless of usage.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our product and the immediate provisioning of compute resources, we generally do not offer refunds after a package has been activated. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, please contact us at support@kubepass.com and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a credit.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access other users' exam environments or data.
• Use the provisioned Kubernetes clusters for any purpose other than exam practice (e.g., cryptocurrency mining, hosting services, or attacks on external systems).
• Attempt to escape the container isolation or access the underlying host infrastructure.
• Share your account credentials or exam content with others.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract exam questions.
• Interfere with the Service or impose unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All exam questions, solutions, and platform content are the intellectual property of Kubepass. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share exam content outside of your personal use for exam preparation.

8. Exam Environments

Each exam session provisions an isolated Kubernetes cluster for your use. These environments are ephemeral — all data within the cluster is destroyed when the session ends. We are not responsible for any data loss within exam environments.

Exam sessions have time limits. When the timer expires, the session will be submitted automatically.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

Kubepass is an independent exam preparation tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF), the Linux Foundation, or any certification body.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kubepass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@kubepass.com.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
